A leading integrated communications consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Account Director / Group Head to join its growing Technology Practice in Mumbai.

This leadership role is ideal for communications professionals who have a strong background in technology PR and are passionate about building brand reputation, advising senior leadership teams, and leading high-performing teams.

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 12+ years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic communications mandates for leading technology brands across Enterprise Tech, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Telecom, Consumer Technology, SaaS and Digital Platforms.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior client stakeholders and CXOs.
• Drive integrated communications, media relations, executive profiling, thought leadership and reputation management.
• Lead and mentor account teams while ensuring exceptional client servicing.
• Manage complex issues and crisis communication mandates.
• Contribute to business development, client pitches and practice growth.

What We're Looking For





12+ years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications.
Strong experience working with technology clients in an agency environment.
Established relationships with technology and business media.
Proven experience leading teams and managing large client portfolios.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
A growth mindset with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
