- Design S/4HANA Service Management: service contracts, orders, and in-house repair
- Configure pricing, service billing, and resource planning for field service
- Integrate with SD/MM/PM and FSM/CS where applicable
- Lead testing, deployments, and produce process documentation
Your Profile:
- 6-12 years in S/4 Service Management with end-to-end process expertise.
- Knowledge of service contracts, billing, and integration to logistics/finance.
- Experience with scheduling, confirmation, and settlement processes.
- Robust stakeholder management and training delivery skills.
