Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Netskope SWG & Cloudflare WAF Engineer with 24 years of experience in Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Web Application Security, Cloud Security, and Network Security technologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing Netskope SWG solutions, Cloudflare WAF policies, web traffic security, threat protection, and cloud security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Netskope SWG Administration

- Configure, implement, and manage Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG).
- Create and maintain security policies for web traffic filtering.
- Monitor and analyze web security events and incidents.
- Implement URL filtering, SSL inspection, malware protection, and cloud application controls.
- Manage DLP policies within Netskope.
- Troubleshoot user connectivity, policy, and authentication issues.
- Integrate Netskope with Azure AD, SSO, and MFA solutions.

Cloudflare WAF Administration

- Configure and manage Cloudflare WAF policies and custom security rules.




- Implement OWASP Top 10 protections.
- Configure Bot Management, Rate Limiting, Access Policies, and DDoS protections.
- Monitor WAF alerts and security events.
- Analyze and remediate web application vulnerabilities.
- Support web application onboarding to Cloudflare security services.

Security Operations

- Perform security monitoring and incident response activities.
- Investigate web security incidents and suspicious traffic.
- Create dashboards and reports for security events and compliance.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams.

Cloud Security

- Support cloud security controls across Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
- Review and optimize cloud security configurations.
- Assist in implementing Zero Trust architecture and security best practices.
