Job Title: Process Specialist Water Electrolysis (PEM/AEC)

Location:Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Water Electrolysis Process Specialist with strong experience in plant operations and EPC/project execution of hydrogen/electrolysis systems (AEC/PEM). The role involves both proposal engineering and site commissioning support, ensuring safe, cost-effective and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review ITB, contracts, HAZOP, P&IDs;, and process simulation (Aspen HYSYS / PRO-II)
- Prepare technical documents, budget and manning plans for electrolysis projects
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (leak test, inertization, mechanical run tests, etc.)
- Coordinate with licensors, vendors, and clients
- Manage site commissioning activities including planning, progress control, and subcontractors
- Support operation & maintenance of Water Electrolysis Plants (AEC/PEM)

Requirements:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in Water Electrolysis Plant operations (AEC/PEM mandatory)
- Total 20+ years experience in EPC / plant industry (operations or execution)
- Robust experience in commissioning / pre-commissioning activities
- Knowledge of Aspen HYSYS / PRO-II preferred
- Willingness for site deputation (India / international)

Preferred Background:

- EPC / Petrochemical / Hydrogen / Fertilizer / Chlor-Alkali industry
- Experience with major EPC or technology licensors
