This is not a passive coordinator role. We need someone who owns the entire talent lifecycle from workforce planning to Day 1 onboarding. You will partner directly with plant heads and business leaders, close niche shopfloor and senior leadership mandates, and build a recruitment engine that the organization can scale on.
Preferred candidate profile
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
- Close open positions within agreed SLA timelines for both corporate and plant roles.
- Drive multi-channel sourcing: Naukri RMS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, headhunting, campus drives, and walk-in events for shopfloor roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to write sharp job specifications and align on candidate profiles.
- Ensure a seamless, qualified candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Own offer management end-to-end negotiation, release, acceptance tracking, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Build and continuously refresh talent pipelines for critical and high-turnover roles.
- Drive recruitment automation standardize workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve TAT.
- Publish monthly & quarterly MIS dashboards with actionable insights: TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, hiring policies, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders on manpower forecasting and proactive hiring planning.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5 - 8 years total recruitment experience, minimum 3+ years in manufacturing sector recruitment
- Candidate with IT, insurance and finance recruitment background are not preferred.
- MBA in HR from a recognized institute
- Experience in building materials / Manufacturing Industry is preferred
- Hands-on shopfloor & white-collar hiring (both), end to end Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
- Campus recruitment experience
- ATS proficiency + Excel MIS reporting
- Exposure to Keka, Darwinbox, or SuccessFactors
- Offer management: negotiation to acceptance
- Bulk/volume hiring campaign management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Data analytics TAT trends, cost-per-hire modeling
