Job Summary

Kored Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced QS & Billing Engineer for Railway Infrastructure Projects in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity surveying, client billing, subcontractor billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and measurement of railway construction works. Experience in railway projects is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify quantity estimates as per approved drawings and BOQ.
- Prepare client RA bills and subcontractor bills.
- Record and verify measurements (MB) for executed works.
- Review BOQs, technical specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra and non-BOQ items.
- Monitor project quantities, billing progress, and cost control.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients for billing approvals.
- Prepare work progress reports, reconciliation statements, and billing summaries.
- Track variations, change orders, and additional work claims.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up for certification and payments.
- Maintain documentation related to billing, quantities,



and contract records.
- Support commercial and contractual activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 510 years of experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects.
- Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, BOQ, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with Indian Railway standards and specifications is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
