Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Structural Design Engineer with extensive experience in RCC high-rise building design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the analysis, design, coordination, and delivery of complex structural projects while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Develop safe, efficient,



and cost-effective structural solutions in accordance with Indian and international design standards.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.
- Carry out detailed design and optimization of slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, foundations, and lateral load-resisting systems.
- Coordinate with BIM teams, CAD technicians, architects, MEP consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and value engineering exercises.
- Review drawings and design deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and drafting teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of design packages while maintaining high technical quality standards.
- Support project managers in planning, coordination, and resource management activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design consultancy.
- Solid experience in RCC high-rise building design is mandatory.
- Thorough understanding of Indian Standard Codes and international design practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
