Direct Responsibilities

A. Client Outreach and Participation

- Drive strong client turnout by ensuring consistent and structured outreach.
- Achieve AV confirmation targets and convert AVs into actual event attendance as per benchmarks.
- Monitor and ensure 100% adherence to monthly event attendance targets.
- Support branches in mobilizing relevant clients for each event type (IAP, MultiWealth, HNI, etc.).

B. Discipline & Coordination

- Maintain qualified behavior, punctuality, and adherence to company ethics at all times.
- Ensure formal dressing and proper grooming for all events, reviews, and client visits.
- Be disciplined in communicationrespond promptly to emails, calls, and coordination messages.
- Coordinate seamlessly with BM, RM, and internal teams without requiring repeated followups.
- Follow all company SOPs, timelines, and reporting requirements consistently.
- Travel to branches/event locations whenever an event is scheduled or assigned, ensuring full onsite presence.

C. Business Conversion Impact

- Drive business impact by enabling conversions from event attendees.
- Ensure a minimum of 20% conversion from existing client attendees to business activations.





E. Post-Event Engagement

- Client feedback collection
- Identification of interested prospects
- Share qualified leads with branches for follow-up or through internal team

F. Process Standardization

- Follow standard CES SOPs for all eventrelated activities.
- Event Checklist to ensure uniformity and errorfree execution across all branches.
- Adhere strictly to approved calling scripts based on the event type (IAP, MultiWealth, HNI, Ultra HNI, Branch Events, etc.).
- Utilize standard client engagement templates for outreach, confirmations, reminders, and postevent followups.

Contributing Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in to understand financial concepts, client behavior, and event requirements.

1+ years of experience in Sales / Distribution / Wealth Management

Experience in financial services (broking, mutual funds, insurance, wealth products) preferred

Proven track record in sales, Events support or business activation roles
