IND AS Accounting & Finalisation, Reconcilation of Accounts monitoring, Listed Company experience, MIS, Budgeting and monitoring Budget
Financial Statement Preparation:
- Finalize accounts, P&L;, balance sheet, and cashflow statements in accordance with IND AS and regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including quarterly and annual results
- Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reporting and audit processes
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with IND AS, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
- Manage GST and income tax taxation matters, including filing of returns and handling assessments
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders
Collaboration and Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management
- Partner with business stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
