- Oversee daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor product quality and maintain process standards.
- Supervise machine operators, team leaders, and helpers.
- Ensure safety compliance, PPE adherence, and shopfloor discipline.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Reduce waste, rework, downtime, and production costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and Kaizen.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily production and performance reports.
