Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to head Plant Business Finance for our manufacturing operations. This role will partner closely with plant leadership to drive financial efficiency, cost optimization and strategic decision-making across our Mumbai and Bangalore manufacturing facilities.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end plant finance operations including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Drive cost control initiatives across manufacturing, procurement and supply chain
- Partner with plant and operations teams to improve margins and operational efficiency
- Monitor key financial metrics: COGS, inventory,



wastage and production costs
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance at plant level
- Lead capex planning, ROI analysis and investment decisions for plant expansion
- Build dashboards and bring data-driven insights for leadership decision-making
- Manage audits and ensure adherence to statutory and internal policies

What We're Looking For

- CA / MBA (Finance) with 8-10+ years of experience
- Strong experience in plant/manufacturing finance (FMCG, consumer or retail preferred)
- Proven track record in cost optimization and business partnering
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced workplace
