PURPOSE OF JOB

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Executive to join our Technology team. This role focuses on providing robust production support for our in-house Electronic Payment Hub (EPH) system, contributing in transaction/ system monitoring L1 level activities, responding to and resolving technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. A solid understanding of industry-standard tools and technologies is also essential for success in this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responding to technical issues and escalating them to the engineering team when necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related problems




- Providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders regarding production performance and any resulting issues.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of production support activities
- Maintaining open communication with the engineering team and stakeholders regarding production status and any issues that arise.

QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

- Educational Background: Bachelor s degree (BSc/BTech) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise:

- Candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MSSQL and JavaScript/jQuery
- Solid understanding of production support environments, including incident resolution and root cause analysis processes

- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to or prior experience in the Payment domain is highly desirable
