Salesforce Developer

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Required Skills

- 6 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Components (Aura Framework & Lightning Design System).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Visualforce Pages
- Process Builder
- JavaScript

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata).
- Knowledge of Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Force.com IDE, Excel Connector, DemandTools, and Informatica.
- Experience in Salesforce Administration and Functional Design.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations across enterprise applications.
- Experience in at least 3 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving,



and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce applications.
- Develop reusable and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Build and maintain Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.
- Perform technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Follow Salesforce best practices to improve application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during iterative release cycles.
- Support integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce Administration & Functional Design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
