We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary design team for a large-scale Industrial and Logistics Park development. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical expertise in civil infrastructure design, a comprehensive understanding of industrial developments, and a proven track record in reviewing and coordinating infrastructure drawings. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external consultants to ensure that all civil design works are compliant with project standards, local regulations, and stakeholder expectations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the civil engineering design aspects of the project including site development, road networks, drainage, utilities, grading, and earthworks.
- Review of PEB design submission Staad file, AB plans, GA drawings for the warehouse boxes.
- Review and validate infrastructure design drawings and documents prepared by consultants or internal teams.
- Ensure civil infrastructure designs align with overall master planning and architectural intent.
- Identify discrepancies or potential issues in design submissions and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and engineering standards (local and international).
- Liaise with structural, MEP, geotechnical, and environmental consultants to ensure seamless design integration.
- Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and permitting authorities throughout the design and approval process.
- Provide technical inputs during project planning, budgeting, procurement, and construction phases as required.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, bill of quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation.
- Support the development of value engineering proposals and assist in risk assessments.
- Participate in design reviews, workshops,



and progress meetings.
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work for accuracy and completeness.

Scope of Work not limited to Infrastructure Drawing Review:

- Critically assess and comment on infrastructure drawings (civil aspects only) related to:
- Roads and pavement design
- Stormwater and wastewater drainage systems
- Potable water supply and firefighting networks
- Electrical and ICT duct layouts
- Grading and earthworks plans
- Utilities corridors and coordination

- Ensure technical consistency across drawings and proper coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Validate that the proposed infrastructure accommodates future expansion and meets industrial park functional needs.
- Confirm adherence to authority regulations and submission requirements.
- Monitor design revisions to maintain drawing accuracy and minimize site changes or rework during construction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (Master s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering design, with at least 3 years focused on industrial/logistics or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in reviewing infrastructure design drawings and managing design coordination.
- Strong understanding of local codes and international best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, StormCAD, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and handling large project design packages.
