1. Project Manager Deployment NeoSOFT will arrange a Project Manager who will function as both an individual contributor and a team lead, with a robust product development mindset. Required Skill Set: • Strong experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, and SQL • Insurance domain experience will be an added advantage • Excellent communication skills to engage with both US and domestic clients/customers • Ability to manage a team comprising 23 Senior Developers along with Junior Developers • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) from NeoSOFT for project discussions, timelines, and deliverables
