We are partnering with a leading NSE-listed technology group operating across Digital Advertising, AdTech, MarTech, CloudTech, and Technology Platforms, to identify an experienced Group CFO who can drive financial strategy, governance, compliance, and business growth across multiple group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall Finance function across the Group and its subsidiaries

Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, fundraising, and business planning

Oversee consolidated financial reporting, statutory compliance, and corporate governance

Manage investor relations, Board reporting, Audit Committee interactions, and regulatory compliance

Lead and oversee the Company Secretarial and Legal functions, ensuring adherence to Companies Act, SEBI regulations, LODR requirements, and corporate governance standards

Support M&A;, strategic investments, due diligence, restructuring, and expansion initiatives





Lead and mentor a team of 35+ professionals across Finance, Secretarial, and Legal functions

Ideal Candidate:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

Currently working as CFO / Group CFO / Finance Director / VP Finance / Head Finance

Experience in an NSE/BSE-listed company

Strong exposure to Investor Relations, Board Management, Treasury, Fund Raising, Corporate Governance, Secretarial Compliance, and Legal Oversight

Experience managing large finance teams (35+ members)

Exposure to multi-entity and international operations preferred

Ability to join within 30 days
