Role Summary

We are looking for an Inter CA with 5+ years of experience in Project/Internal Audit within the Real Estate/Construction/EPC industry. The role involves conducting project and commercial audits, evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting process improvements across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct project, commercial, and operational audits across ongoing and completed projects.
- Review project budgets, BOQs, contractor bills, procurement, contracts, and project costs.
- Verify inventory, material consumption, and site records through physical audits.
- Review work orders, RA bills, measurement sheets, tenders, and vendor transactions.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.




- Identify audit observations, prepare reports, and monitor closure of audit findings.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, contracts, finance, and engineering teams.
- Perform periodic site visits and support annual audit planning.

Qualification & Experience

- Inter CA (CA Intermediate/IPCC) Mandatory
- 5+ years of Internal/Project Audit experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or EPC industry is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel preferred.
