Objective:
At Faze Three Ltd., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Manager (Logistics & Documentation) to manage our export business. The role will own end-to-end export logistics online booking, shipping documentation, vendor coordination and timely dispatch ensuring smooth movement of goods to international buyers across our key export markets.
The ideal candidate will bring robust knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures and export incentive schemes (Drawback, RoDTEP, RoSCTL, Advance License, EPCG) along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address shipping issues with a solution-oriented approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end dispatch and shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to international buyers.
- Manage online booking with shipping lines / freight forwarders; monitor shipment progress and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status.
- Prepare and maintain export shipping documentation commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and shipping bills.
- Communicate with buyers,



buying houses and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and on-time deliveries.
- Address and resolve shipping or delivery issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to the order book and buyer commitments.
- Apply knowledge of export incentive schemes Duty Drawback, RoDTEP and RoSCTL to maximize benefits and ensure DGFT / Customs compliance.
- Manage Advance License and EPCG License lifecycle application, utilization, redemption and closure with DGFT in coordination with Finance.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, track movements and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Coordinate with transport companies, CHA and freight forwarders to schedule pickups, container stuffing and timely deliveries to port.
- Optimize shipping routes, freight costs and processes for cost-efficiency, speed and on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance.

Job Specifications:
Educational Requirement: -

- Bachelor degree (mandatory); Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or International Trade preferred. Certifications in Export-Import Management (IIFT, FIEO) or DGFT procedures are a strong plus.

Work Experience Requirement: -

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in export logistics, shipping or dispatch coordination in a manufacturing or export house set-up. Hands-on exposure to online booking platforms, customs documentation and export incentive schemes (Drawback, RoDTEP, RoSCTL, Advance License, EPCG) is essential. .
