Interview Process

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Design, implement, and support enterprise networking solutions across switching, routing, and network security.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking products, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
- Good working knowledge of Cisco Meraki switching and wireless networking solutions.
- Robust understanding of routing protocols and high-availability technologies such as HSRP and GLBP.
- Experience in implementing and managing Quality of Service (QoS) policies.




- Strong knowledge of Layer 2 technologies, including VLANs, VTP, STP, and related switching concepts.
- Provide Level 3 (L3) support for complex network incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting.
- Experience in designing and implementing virtual firewall solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, including configuration, policy creation, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) technologies.
- Ensure high availability and uninterrupted network services while adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform proactive network monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and service optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, coordinate vendor escalations when required, and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
