- Own the end-to-end strategic flow for high-value pitchesfrom interpreting the client brief to delivering the final presentation.
- Strategic Architecture:
- Develop overarching brand identities, long-term communication frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for diverse industries.
- Client Consulting:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, offering data- backed solutions for their business challenges.
- Insight Mining &
- Cultural Analysis:




- Use advanced tools and social listening to identify white spaces in the market and consumer behaviors that others miss.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with Creative Directors and Business Heads to ensure strategic integrity from the "hook"
- to the final "visual."
- Team Mentorship:
- Manage and mentor the Creative Strategists, ensuring the quality of work remains top-tier across the department.

The Ideal Candidate

- The Closer: 4-5 years of experience in a digital or creative agency, with a proven track record of winning pitches.
