Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned

Senior Manager Data AI to lead complex, high-impact client engagements and deliver data-driven transformation programs. This individual will work closely with senior client stakeholders, manage project teams, and drive business value through innovative application of data engineering, analytics, and AI technologies.
This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical understanding, delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and business consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement Leadership
- Act as the primary engagement leader for Data AI projects across multiple clients
- Build and maintain trusted executive-level client relationships
- Understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Lead pre-sales discussions, solution design, scoping and proposal creation

Project Delivery Execution
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex Data, Analytics AI programmes
- Manage cross-functional data teams (data engineers, data scientists, analysts, architects)
- Ensure delivery quality, scope adherence, timelines, and budget
- Establish data governance, delivery frameworks, and operational excellence practices

Technical Strategic Leadership
- Develop data modernization, cloud analytics,



MLOps and AI adoption strategies
- Guide team on data engineering, analytics, AI, ML, and Generative AI best practices
- Review architectures, models, pipelines and solutions for quality and scalability
- Drive innovation and adoption of emerging AI and GenAI capabilities

People Development
- Mentor and coach project managers and technical teams
- Lead talent development, workforce planning, and capability building
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture

Business Development
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Support organization-wide Data AI GTM initiatives
- Represent the company in thought leadership, events, and client workshops

Education
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline will be preferred
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
