- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP APO/IBP implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts.
- Act as a Functional Expert in Supply Chain Management, including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Collaboration (SNC), Inventory Optimization, Production Planning (PP), and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM).
- Design and implement SAP APO/IBP configurations, key figures, planning areas, and optimizer settings.
- Handle integration with SAP S/4HANA, PI/PO, MES, Maximo, EWM systems.
- Provide guidance to technical teams and coordinate with business stakeholders for solution delivery.
- Lead global teams, mentor members, and ensure best practices in planning and execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of SAP experience, including APO DP/SNP and IBP modules.
- Robust functional expertise in SCM, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization.
- Experience in integration, configuration, and solution design in APO and IBP.
- Experience managing global teams and projects.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, WM, EWM is an added advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to learn and work on the OMP Planning Tool.
