Technical Skills:

- Perform piping stress analysis using tools such as CAESAR II/Auto PIPE.

Evaluate piping systems for:
- Sustained, thermal, and occasional loads.
- Wind, seismic, and agile conditions.

Prepare and review:
- Stress analysis reports.
- Load summaries for equipment and structures.
- Stress isometrics and support drawings.

Ensure compliance with codes such as ASME B31.3, B31.1
- Recommend and design appropriate pipe supports, spring supports, and expansion loops.
- Review vendor data for critical equipment (pumps, compressors, exchangers)
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and model reviews. Provide support during construction, installation, and commissioning.

Software Skills:




- Proficiency in CAESAR II (mandatory); knowledge of AutoPIPE is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to FEED and detailed engineering phases.
- Experience in brownfield and revamp projects.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling tools like PDMS/SP3D/E3D.

Education: Mechanical Engineering Graduate from a recognized Institute.
