Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for native and hybrid mobile applications (Android/iOS).

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tool like Appium.

- Conduct API testing as part of end-to-end validation of mobile workflows.

- Contributing to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes.

- Assisting in root cause analysis and providing detailed documentation of defects and test results.

- Supporting test execution in CI/CD environments and integrating test automation into pipelines.

- Participate in critical design activities to assure that the product under development meets requirements and can be effectively tested.

- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with developers to resolve issues as and when required.

- Analysing trends of bugs and getting them fixed.

- Use multiples platforms like JIRA, Git, AWS, Jenkins, Firebase, Grafana etc.

- Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, product managers and other team members.

- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet the deadlines.

Technical Skills and Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (internship or project experience also counts)





- Knowledge on ticket tools such as JIRA.

- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, with exposure to data warehouses.

- Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools like Metabase, Jupyter, Excel, and Google Analytics.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Be aware of product updates, ux trends and new technologies.

- Effective at quickly understanding technology and explaining it in non-technical terms.

- Curiosity and willingness to learn the business context behind the data, so you can deliver insights that are actionable.

- Transparent communication skills to present findings in a simple and structured way to non-technical stakeholders.

- Exposure to workflow/orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow, knowledge of Python/R for data analysis and automation, prior experience in SaaS/ fintech/ digital product companies will be additional nice-to-have skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA from the leading B-Schools preferred.
