About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Web Development Manager to lead our web development team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality web applications and websites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices, along with proven experience managing development teams and client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the web development team to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of custom websites using WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, SEO, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing, responsive websites.
- Ensure websites are secure, responsive, optimized for speed, SEO, and an exceptional user experience.
- Manage project timelines, assign development tasks, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Implement and optimize third-party API integrations, payment gateways, and other web services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring maximum website performance and minimal downtime.
- Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Support project scoping, effort estimation, resource planning, and successful execution of new web development initiatives.

Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Laravel framework and modern PHP development practices (highly preferred).
- Proven experience leading and managing development teams, preferably within a digital agency workplace.
- Expertise in custom WordPress theme and plugin development, including API and third-party integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms for building and managing websites.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and website performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems for efficient collaboration and code management.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and optimizing landing pages for higher conversions.
