Job Summary

Inlead Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Service Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of the Service Spare Parts Warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, warehouse operations, spare parts availability, logistics coordination, KPI monitoring, and ensuring timely support to service centers while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the Service Spare Parts Warehouse.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels and maintain high stock accuracy.
- Plan and monitor Minimum Stock Levels (MSL), Safety Stock, and Inventory Turnover.
- Coordinate with Service Centers to ensure timely availability and allocation of spare parts.
- Process spare parts requests, orders, returns, and replenishment efficiently.
- Monitor spare parts consumption, shortages, aging inventory, and stock movements.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.




- Handle reverse logistics, including defective spare parts, DOA/DAP devices, and reconciliation.
- Track and resolve inventory discrepancies, delayed orders, and spare parts-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HR, Logistics, and Regional Service Teams for smooth warehouse operations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience in Service Spare Parts Warehouse Operations.
- Good understanding of demand forecasting, stock planning, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of ERP, SAP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service setting.
