Role & responsibilities

- Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management: Develop and execute short-term investment strategies aligned with liquidity and return objectives. Manage and monitor investment portfolios across approved instruments.
- Investment Analysis & Market Research: Evaluate investment opportunities across money market instruments, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and fixed-income securities. Track interest rates, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
- Investment Execution & Counterparty Management: Liaise with banks, mutual funds, and financial institutions to obtain competitive quotes and execute investment transactions.
- Treasury Operations & Transaction Processing: Record investment transactions in SAP, ensure timely settlements, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor portfolio performance, maturity schedules, interest accruals, and prepare treasury MIS and dashboards.
- Reconciliation, Compliance & Controls: Ensure accurate reconciliation, compliance with treasury policies, accounting standards, and regulations.
- FEMA compliance & Overseas Investment Management :



Manage compliance, coordinating for filing FLA, ODI, APR, Disinvestment Reporting, and co-ordination with Authorised Dealers Banks.
- Lease Financing & Asset Leasing Management : Manage lease arrangements relating to IT assets, equipment, and other related assets, co-ordinate with leasing companies, vendor, finance, legal and procurement team, evaluate lease proposal, commercial terms, and financing structures, support lease onboarding, novation renewals and closure activities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Audit teams, banks, and investment counterparties.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Treasury, Investments, Corporate Finance, or Fund Management
- Strong understanding of money market instruments, debt markets, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and treasury operations
- Knowledge of SAP, investment accounting, and treasury reporting
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
