Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in human resource management or related field.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale HR transformations using data-driven insights from people analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & perks administration.
