Provide expert-level support for complex networking issues related to firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
Configure, deploy, and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
Design and enforce security policies, access control lists (ACLs), and NAT rules.
Monitor and optimize firewall performance; troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Detect and prevent threats using Palo Alto tools (e.g., Threat Prevention, GlobalProtect VPN).
Investigate and resolve security incidents and breaches.
Analyze logs using Panorama or Cortex Data Lake for root cause analysis.
Integrate Palo Alto firewalls with SIEM tools and ensure compliance.
Maintain documentation for configurations, policies, and incident reports.
Stay updated on Palo Alto technologies and share knowledge with teams.
