- Cyber Laws Certification shall be desirable.
- Having at least 5+ years of post-qualification relevant work in Supreme Court/High Court/ District Court/Corporate.
- Experience in Prosecution of Cyber Crime Cases and Cases related to Digital Evidence and IPR Infringement Cases.
- Experience in Civil/Criminal Suites.
- Published articles in journals/magazines of repute.
- Comprehensive Knowledge on Global IT & IPR Acts, GDPR, Data Privacy & Protection Laws, WIPO, WTO Etc.
- In Depth Knowledge on Indian Evidence Act and IT Act.
- Experience in Court Trials, Legal Documents writing, Forensic Document Writing/Examine, FIR, and Charge Sheet Assistance.
- Language Consideration: High level of proficiency in Marathi (Reading, Writing and Speaking) shall be a desirable qualification.

- Graduation in LLB/LLM; preference will be given to graduate/postgraduate of National Law Universities.
