Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled VC/AV Support Engineer to manage, support, and troubleshoot Video Conferencing (VC) and Audio-Visual (AV) infrastructure across meeting rooms, conference halls, and collaboration spaces. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and end-user support for platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and AV systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex, and other video conferencing platforms.
- Set up and maintain audio-video equipment, including cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, projectors, and control systems.
- Provide technical support during meetings, webinars, town halls, and virtual events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing, audio quality, network connectivity, and AV hardware.
- Perform regular health checks, preventive maintenance, and firmware/software upgrades of AV devices.




- Configure and support conference room technologies and collaboration tools.
- Coordinate with IT, networking, and facilities teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain documentation of AV inventory, system configurations, and support procedures.
- Monitor meeting room performance and proactively address issues.
- Train end users on the usage of Teams, Zoom, and AV equipment.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, and related collaboration tools.
- Experience with Audio-Visual (AV) systems, including microphones, speakers, cameras, DSPs, and display solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) and Zoom Room deployments.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and bandwidth management.
- Knowledge of AV control systems such as Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, Cisco, Yealink, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
