Responsibilities :

- 5-10 years experience in Java, ReactJS, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Observability tools, etc..
- Design, develop, and test cloud-native microservices using Java 21, Spring Boot 3.x, and ReactJS in a containerized environment.
- Build and optimize batch processing systems using Spring Batch framework for enterprise-scale data processing and workflows.
- Develop domain-driven microservices with clear application design, ensuring separation of concerns and adherence to architectural standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, provide architectural guidance, and lead design decisions on new features.
- Architect database interactions with MySQL, ensure data consistency across distributed services, and optimize query performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead architecture decisions for new features and enhancements.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability across the microservices stack.
- Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, including deployment automation to Kubernetes clusters
- Implement secure development practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management,



and authentication/authorization frameworks
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing across the team
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system resilience, monitoring, and observability across distributed services
- Practical implementation of OAuth-based authentication and authorization
- Proven experience in developing both - Synchronous APIs (REST) and Asynchronous integrations (Solace, Kafka, JMS or similar)
- Solid understanding of Observability (e.g., logs, metrics, traces; tools like ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
- Good working knowledge of SQL including schema design, data modelling, and query optimization
- Robust unit testing skills (e.g., JUnit, Mockito)

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud and container tools and technologies
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot
- 3+ years of experience building microservices
- 2+ years of experience in React.JS
- Practical experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure will be an ideal fit.
