Job Description Architect/ Interior (1 to 3 Years Experience)

Position - Architect/ Interior Design & Coordination

Location - Mumbai (Airport, Santacruz)

Experience: 1to 3 Years

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)/ Interior Design
- Registration with Council of Architecture (preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with 1–3 years of professional experience to support the design, coordination, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit, possess solid presentation and visualization skills, be comfortable using AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, and have exposure to site coordination and consultant management.

Key Responsibilities

Design & BIM Development

- Prepare architectural drawings, BIM models, and design documentation using Revit.
- Develop concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and design standards.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialty consultants.

AI & Digital Tools

- Utilize AI-based tools to improve design development, documentation, visualization, and workflow efficiency.
- Explore emerging technologies for design automation, data management, and project coordination.
- Assist in implementing digital best practices within project teams.

Presentation & Visualization

- Prepare high-quality project presentations, reports, design narratives, and client-facing documents.
- Develop visualizations, diagrams, and graphics for internal reviews and stakeholder presentations.
- Support design competitions, business development, and client pitches when required.





Site & Project Coordination

- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress and check execution against approved drawings.
- Assist in resolving site-related design and coordination issues.
- Prepare site visit reports, MOMs, and follow-up action trackers.

Documentation & Coordination

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, submissions, and records.
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and internal teams for project deliverables.
- Support project managers in tracking design progress and milestones.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Revit (preferred).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Good understanding of building materials and construction practices.
- Robust presentation and communication skills.
- Exposure to AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in infrastructure, aviation, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of project scheduling and coordination tools.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary design environments.
