We're hiring Executive - Order processing
Experience: 03 - 05 years
Preferred Industry: Gems & Jewellery Only
Qualification: Graduation
Work Location: Mumbai, Andheri MIDC
Working Days: 6 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stores and customers for timely order placement.
- Validate orders as per Planogram guidelines to ensure accuracy.
- Place and track orders using RAMs system.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Monitor order status and resolve any delivery issues.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure high attention to detail and efficiency in the order process.
Requirements:
- Experience in inventory/Order management / supply chain / operations.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.
