Role & responsibilities

Diploma holder / ITI Draughtsman-

The position calls for working as Mechanical (HVAC) & Plumbing Modeler in projects task forces, with responsibilities of preparing and checking P&ID;, equipment layouts, piping and Ducting layouts, Air flow diagrams, supports, MTO, etc. He should be well versed with REVIT Families, dynamo and working on BIM platform.

Ensure model and drawings follow naming conventions, LOD requirements (typically LOD 200400/500 as applicable), and quality checks prior to issue.

Generate and maintain 2D deliverables from model: GA plans, sections, elevations, details, enlarged views, and schematics as required.





Run and support clash detection/coordination using Navisworks (or ACC/BIM 360 Model Coordination); propose resolutions and implement agreed changes in the model.

Revit M&P; model(s) and coordinated federated model exports (NWC/NWD/IFC/DWG/PDF as required by project).

Preferred candidate profile

Autodesk Revit (MEP), BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks (Manage/Freedom), AutoCAD; MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint (for schedules, reports, and transmittals).

The candidates shall have minimum 05-12 years' experience in HVAC design/drafting, well versed with the above said activities. Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD 14, Microstation, Microsoft word & excel.
