Job Description Civil / MEP Supervisor

Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day Civil and MEP activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams for timely completion of work.
- Monitor manpower, material utilization, and site progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with engineers and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and company procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 3–5 years of experience in Civil or MEP site supervision.
- ITI or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, MEP installations, and site execution.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic site reporting.
