About the Role:
Techpaathshala is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Cum Counselor to guide prospective students towards the right career path. You will connect with leads, explain our courses, counsel students based on their goals, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, and placement support.
- Achieve monthly targets for converting leads into student walk-ins.
- Schedule counseling sessions and ensure students visit the institute for counseling.
- Maintain lead updates in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, counseling, inside sales, or EdTech.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Valuable convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
