Role & responsibilities

Driver availability planning and roster management to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations.
Driver hiring, onboarding, and vendor coordination to maintain manpower strength.
Driver deployment and route allocation based on operational requirements.
Driver leave management, attendance monitoring, and absenteeism control.
Driver grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and behavioral management.
Fuel performance monitoring (KMPL), fuel theft prevention, and driver incentive management.
Driver productivity monitoring, trip utilization, and compliance with operational KPIs.
Conduct driver induction, safety training, refresher programs, and SOP awareness sessions.
Ensure statutory compliance including driving licenses, medical fitness, and mandatory documentation.




Coordinate with Operations, Fleet Maintenance, Security, and Transport Vendors for seamless execution.
Monitor route-related issues such as delays, diversions, detention, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain driver records, MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
Team management of driver coordinators/executives and ensure adherence to operational processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce driver attrition and improve engagement.
Ensure compliance with road safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
