To administer various compliance requirements with the companys ISO and other certifications within the companys GRC system, on a global basis.
They will also be involved in the management of the shared email inbox, ensuring they are distributed and saved effectively and daily. The saving and filing of relevant documents, certificates, etc on a consistent basis, and that any expired documents are followed up appropriately. The postholder may assist in producing reports from the company internal audits.
The postholder will support the Compliance Team in achieving and maintaining new information security certification for both ATPI and its associated parent company.
The Compliance Teams remit also includes global data privacy / protection compliance, periodic risk assessment of the companys owned operating locations, Network Partners and third-party suppliers, and to ensure the business fully complies with all applicable legal and / or regulatory requirements in every country within which ATPI operates.
Role & responsibilities
- Management of the direct communications to and from the Compliance mailbox
- Management and administration of the Compliance SharePoint pages
- Administering the end-to-end supplier onboarding process for all suppliers.
- Administering the annual review of existing suppliers.
- Administering the end-to-end Network Partner onboarding process for all suppliers.
- Administering the annual review of existing Network Partners.
- Assist in the internal auditing reporting process
- Ensure compliance to ATPIs ISO Standards and certification
- Maintain and assist with the ISO Management Systems in relation to filing, reporting and chasing reviews
- Provide input on the efficiency of internal Compliance processes and improve them continuously
- Work collaboratively with the SecOps, Legal and other departments
- Update, enhance, and administer the Compliance Teams use of its technical systems
- Support Compliance members where required
- Assist with ensuring Compliance and Security Information training courses on the Academy are reviewed and in place
- Performing routine administrative to help organisations understand compliance risk, scope and significance
- Monitoring the organisations compliance mailbox
- Recording findings and updating records in the Compliance GRC System and following up with team management to ensure the issues are rectified
- Reviewing marketing materials, websites and presentations to ensure compliance with regulations annually
- Assisting in the gathering of information internally in response to requests by regulatory organisations
- Support the maintenance of and assist with compliance reviews
- Assist with the administration and support for the security assessment of third-party suppliers (including Network Partners) using ATPI GRC platform
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance
Preferred candidate profile
- Administrative Experience
- Excellent time-management, organisational and multitasking skills
- Solid communication and relationship building skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting would be a distinct advantage, or the willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and with a can do attitude
- Advanced in written and spoken English
