Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to lead Project Finance, Treasury, and Compliance functions. The role involves driving financial strategy, ensuring liquidity, managing risks, and supporting project execution

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project finance & funding strategy, including restructuring
- Manage treasury operations & fund utilization
- Prepare and track monthly cash flow (budget vs actuals)
- Ensure regulatory, financial, and project compliances
- Handle Bank Guarantees (BGs), LCs, and forward contracts
- Oversee insurance, risk management, and claims settlement
- Support project execution including land procurement, approvals, and feasibility analysis
- Conduct legal & commercial vetting of contracts
- Manage EPCG and Duty Scrip advantages
- Drive MIS reporting, tax coordination, and financial analysis
- Perform competition and market analysis.





What Were Looking For

- CA / MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of experience
- Strong background in project finance, treasury, and compliance
- Experience in infrastructure, logistics, or project-led industries preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
