Job Description:

1.Program & Project Delivery Excellence

- Lead complete lifecycle management of aerospace programsfrom requirement capture, proposal, NPI, development, production, to delivery.
- Ensure adherence to contractual timelines, specifications, cost targets, and quality requirements.
- Implement robust project planning tools, methodologies, standard work, and governance metrics.
- Build and mentor a project management team with robust technical & PM skills

2. Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary interface with key aerospace customers (e.g., OEMs, Defence agencies).
- Build strong relationships, manage reviews, negotiations, and effectively address escalations.
- Ensure alignment with internal leaders in Manufacturing, Quality, SCM, Engineering & Finance.
- Strong customer interfacing skills, particularly with global aerospace OEMs.

3. Cost, Resource & Risk Management

- Own budget planning, resource forecasting, and project-wise financial performance.
- Drive early risk identification, mitigation actions, prospect analysis, and contingency planning.
- Conduct stage-gate reviews and ensure disciplined change control aligned with customer approvals.

4. Compliance, Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Ensure compliance to industry standards (NADCAP, AS9100, customer-specific requirements).




- Institutionalize best practices through lessons learned, digital PM dashboards, and analytics.
- Champion productivity, digitization, and process improvements to enhance delivery performance.

5. Organisation Imperatives

- Participate in improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, PMO, Cross functional projects and Business Excellence etc.
- To ensure Enterprise Risk Management for Key Processes, Subordinate and Team Development and Adherence to Compliance and Safe Working Environment.
- Follow Values, Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and Safety practices in all work operations
- Valuing the information received & effort spent in creating every piece of information. Ensuring the right information is accessed by right individuals. Ensuring Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information.
- Responsible to control usage of energy sources for Environmental protection and Energy Security for sustainable growth.

Qualifications Required:

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Aerospace Engineering)

PMP Certification is mandatory

Work Experience Required:

8years of work experience for Degree in Engineering OR
10 years of work experience for Diploma in Engineering
