Purpose of the Role:

• Create a strong Detailing Brand based on customer delight offering great value

proposition to the customers paving way for multiple centres in across the country.

• Manage the overall store operations with product wise target sales and PnL

accountability

Role & responsibilities

• Positioning of the Bigfoot Carmo Car Detailing as a Premium Detailing brand.

Understanding Customer expectations and pain points while creating a sustainable

value proposition Product wise.

• Strategize various marketing Campaigns to boost Customer enquiries and

conversions.

• Manage the Day to Day Operations for the Car Detailing Centre Perform product wise

/ Service wise detailed competitor analysis and keep an eye on the emerging Market

trends and practices and realigning our strategies continuously.

• Responsible for the Product / Service wise sales and meeting the Store Sales Target

and Guidelines.

• Ensure that the SOP and Operational Guidelines are being followed.

• Focus on a right product mix for an optimum operating efficiency of the Store.





• Develop a Network for referrals of the both thru customers and external automobile

aftermarket Businesses and dealerships.

• Identify Bottlenecks in the operations and implement strategies to eliminate the same

• Ensure optimum material consumption maintaining the service Quality. Create

Differentiative Strategies to Drive Sales and the Average Invoice Value of the Store.

• Focus on Customer Satisfactions and ensure repeat Treatments by existing Customers.

• Monitor Social Media Marketing / SEO Strategies to ensure Enquiries and Store

footfalls Manage the Productivity and Staff efficiency and keeping attrition at a

minimum Level.

• Ensure that we create a strong digital Footprint by continuously positing about our

services regularly on all digital media.

• Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate Experience of min 2 -4 Years of handling Retail sales / Luxury Sales

/ Auto Sales / Auto Service.

- Excellent Target Orientation
- Customer Service / Luxury Customer handling Experience.
