The role in a gist:
As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and
hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will work closely with Product and
Tech team to support the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-sell initiatives from ideation and market
research to launch and post-launch performance tracking.

What we are looking for in the role:
Support the launch of new cross-sell products by assisting with market research, competitor benchmarking
Help design and track go-to-market plans for new product launches
Work with data teams to analyze cross-sell funnel performance, conversion rates, and customer segments
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Business, Tech, Risk, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of
product initiatives




Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Genuine interest in fintech, financial products, and how lending businesses work
Valuable communication skills able to articulate ideas clearly in written and verbal formats
Self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Prior exposure to product management, fintech, or startup internships is a plus, though not mandatory

Qualification & Experience:
Pursuing or recently completed MBA
Prior internship experience in product, business analysis, or fintech is an advantage
