*Key Requirements:*

35 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or the Staffing & Recruitment industry.

Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

Hands-on experience in sales pipeline management, appointment generation, and CRM tools.

Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of achieving business development goals.

Experience in GCC staffing and recruitment will be an added advantage.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation channels.





Identify and qualify potential clients for staffing and recruitment services.

Generate B2B staffing leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.

Support the end-to-end sales pipeline by coordinating with the Business Development team.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure timely service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
