About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Platform Implementor Expert with robust expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, Kubernetes, MLOps, and GPU-enabled infrastructure. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing secure, compliant, and scalable AI/ML platforms using technologies such as VMware Private AI and Red Hat OpenShift AI.

The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise or BFSI environments and a strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, high availability, and disaster recovery requirements.

Shift: General Shift with rotational shift support as per 24 7 client service requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise AI/ML platforms aligned with BFSI compliance and security standards.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters for mission-critical AI workloads.
- Enable end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Configure and manage GPU-enabled infrastructure for high-performance AI use cases such as fraud detection and risk analytics.
- Ensure data security, encryption, access control, and governance in line with BFSI regulatory requirements.
- Implement governance frameworks for AI model usage, auditability, and traceability.
- Integrate AI platforms with core banking systems, financial applications, and enterprise data platforms.
- Ensure high availability,



disaster recovery, and business continuity of AI platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor and manage platform performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and enterprise logging solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments, compliance checks, and audit readiness activities.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security, Data Science, DevOps, and IT teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, platform, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors when required.

Job Duties

- Collaborate with Data Science, DevOps, and Business teams to enable AI solutions.
- Support the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Maintain secure and compliant AI/ML environments as per BFSI standards and organizational policies.
- Implement and monitor access controls, data protection, and AI governance practices.
- Automate routine tasks and deployments using standard tools and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure proper technical documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Support Incident Management, Change Management,



and Problem Management processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and platform operations.
- Continuously improve platform efficiency and optimize infrastructure utilization.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift Administration.
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, VMware Tanzu, or the Red Hat ecosystem.
- Experience with enterprise AI/ML platforms, preferably in BFSI environments.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and CRI-O.
- Understanding of BFSI regulatory frameworks, data privacy, audit, and governance requirements.
- Experience with GPU infrastructure, NVIDIA technologies, and CUDA.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems and networking.
- Familiarity with security standards such as PCI-DSS and ISO 27001.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, KServe, and Seldon.
- Exposure to Hybrid Cloud and Private Cloud environments.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and enterprise monitoring and logging tools.

Preferred Qualification

Any Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications such as CKA, VCP, or RHCSA will be an added advantage.

Experience working in enterprise IT infrastructure and BFSI environments will be preferred.
