Were looking for an organized and energetic Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The Accounts Executive will work closely with our other accountants and operations personnel and handle day-to-day bookkeeping

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
- Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities independently.
- Coordinate for completion of annual audits and review financial reports/support as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain all records like artist payments, client payments, vouchers, bills, vouchers, receipts, bills, Payments, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly GST Working, Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & creditors, and Handling petty Cash Records, TDS calculation.
- Ensure that all entries (artist & client) are entered in the corresponding software/system accurately.
- Coordinate with the Bank officials concerning Fund Transfers, oreign payments, Uploading amounts in Forex card, and any other Banking related work & queries
- Analyze and report on financial status, including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation,



and analysis
- Prepare and file taxes for companies and individuals by analyzing all company assets, income, anticipated expenses, and liabilities to reach a total tax obligation for the year.
- After the analysis is complete, suggest recommendations on reducing total tax liabilities in the future.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

Requirements:

- A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience or Semi Qualified CA
- 2- 5 years of accounting/finance experience
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Highly detail-oriented
