Desired Experience Range: 8-10 Years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyd, Pune, Mumbai

Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 78 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central, Compensation, and Succession Planning. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, provide strategic guidance, and ensure seamless integration with other HR systems. Required experience and knowledge

- Implementation & Configuration:
- Provide solutions and independently manage configurations for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, and Succession modules.
- Configure foundational objects, MDF, workflows, RBP, and data models.
- Should have
- Customize compensation templates and succession planning frameworks.

- Client Engagement & Advisory:

- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Advise clients on best practices and process optimization across HR domains.

- Integration & Testing:

- Ensure seamless integration with all internal and third-party applications.
- Oversee data migration, validation,



and testing (unit, integration, UAT).

- Project Management:

- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore).
- Proactive in identifying and communicating project risks and Issues.

- Support & Maintenance:

- Provide post-go-live support and production stabilization.
- Handle enhancement requests and troubleshoot system issues.

- Documentation & Training:

- Prepare functional specifications and training materials.
- Conduct enablement sessions for HR and IT teams.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
- Proven expertise in Employee Central, Compensation, and Succession modules.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in at least one of the above modules is a must.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Good articulation and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP Activate or ASAP methodology.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of SAP HCM (OM, PA, PD).
- Familiarity with integration tools (Boomi, CPI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
