Role Summary:
The Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for handling outbound calls to promote ICICI loan products including Home Loans, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans. The role requires a strong sales mindset, customer handling skills, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Pitch ICICI loan products (HL/PL/AL) effectively
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups
- Maintain a sales pipeline and track customer interactions
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets




- Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Eligibility Criteria:

- V5 Level: HSC (12th pass) with minimum 6 months of sales/telecalling experience
- V6 Level: Graduate in any stream with minimum 6 months of experience
- Experience in BFSI or outbound sales will be an added advantage

Compensation Structure:

- V5: 30,000 CTC | 24,000 take-home
- V6: 35,000 CTC | 29,000 take-home
- Performance incentives may be applicable based on target achievement

Work Schedule:

- Shift Timing: Between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Any 9 hours)
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off
