- Drive sales of Mortgage (LAP/Home Loan) and Working Capital products.
- Acquire new customers and build channel/DSA relationships.
- Achieve sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for seamless processing.
- Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Mortgages, LAP, Working Capital, SME Loans, or Business Loans, Cross sales and Alliances.
- Strong sales, sourcing, and relationship management skills.
- Valuable understanding of lending products and local market dynamics.
