Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hub operations during assigned shifts. • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure accurate processing. • Perform shipment quality checks and ensure zero missing shipments. • Prepare daily MIS reports (Inbound, Outbound, Aging, NDR, and RTO). • Ensure deliveries are completed within TAT. • Monitor and reduce shipment aging, NDR, and RTO. • Coordinate with delivery associates and support staff for smooth operations. • Ensure process compliance and maintain operational standards. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace. • Communicate operational updates and resolve day-to-day issues. Requirements • 2+ years of experience in logistics, courier, warehouse, or hub operations. • Valuable knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting. • Understanding of NDR, RTO, TAT, and shipment handling. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle operational pressure.
